Listing is for 1 hat, custom made to customers measurements. 

Black feathers, gold mesh-like fabric, and white feathers with gold band on bottom and gold trim around rim of hat. As pictured in image on this listing.

Measurements: 4” diameter base on hat to fit on head.  14” head/chin measurement. 

Adjustable chin strap made from elastic and hook & loop tape.

No refunds on custom items.
